Returns
Full-price items can be returned for a refund, online credit, or exchange for another style, size, or color.
All the items which are on special sales, clearance and limited edition sales are final and cannot be returned for an exchange, credit, or refund, unless deemed faulty.
Customized items are not eligible for return for an exchange, credit, or refund, unless deemed faulty.
Items purchased online must be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase. Returned items must be in unworn, new condition with all original tags attached, wherever applicable. Items must be returned in the original box wherever applicable, which should be in resalable condition. Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return.
Contact us first
If you believe your item is faulty upon receipt, please contact us immediately through email. Attach proof of purchase and images highlighting the fault. After receiving your email we will make an initial assessment and contact you regarding the next steps. Based on the initial assessment, we may require the item to be sent back to us. While we aim to resolve faulty returns quickly, the assessment process may take a couple of weeks. Once an item is deemed faulty, we can provide a full refund, credit, or replacement if available. Please note that items not deemed faulty may be returned to you by courier. You will be notified by email once your request has been processed.
Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs. If you are sending an item to us we suggest using a track and trace delivery option. We are not responsible for the items lost in transit.
